CLC s and English Linguistic Minority communities
across Quebec are giving each other high-fives! Against many odds CLCs
continued to develop innovative and inspiring new projects to empower students
and engage their communities.
The fruits of our collective hearts and labour
are more and more evident: community service projects, school-community
gardens, intergenerational projects, parent-engaged health, Aboriginal
reconciliation activities... It’s so inspiring that here at the provincial
office we couldn’t bear to just write another annual report and leave it on the
shelf as we head out for summer breaks.
So, here we present breakthrough projects
that benefited students, schools and communities this year. Many schools
offered tools and links for others who are inspired to start new projects next
year. Through the stories on this blog we hope this way you can see it to feel
it like we do.
We also invite you to get in touch with the Provincial Resource Team for more information about the network and our theory of
change.
Sincerely,
Ben Loomer
